The role of the Network Implementation Committee is to:

• Focus on programmatic issues of a technical nature including, but not limited to, circuits, equipment, traffic and utilization, last mile connectivity efforts, technical training opportunities, and E-rate/CTF coordination.
• Continue efforts to ensure the network’s performance and reliability on behalf of the educators and students served.
• Assist with the development of policies that facilitate and promote network access for all K-12 entities.
• Facilitate HSN access to California School Districts.
