How do I delete a file I uploaded in Calaxy?

Media Files

1- Log into your K12HSN account

2- Click “My Calaxy”

3- Depending on the type of file you are trying to remove, click "View my..."

If you are trying to delete a video, click “View my videos.”

     If you are trying to delete a podcast, click “View my podcasts.”

     If you are trying to delete an image, click “View my images.”

     If you are trying to delete a document, click “View my documents.”

4- Click on the following iconnext to the file you would like to remove.

5- A pop-up window will appear: “Are you sure you would like to remove this file?”

6- If you really want to delete the file, click Yes. This will permanently delete your file.

How do I hide a file I uploaded in Calaxy?

1- Log into your K12HSN account

2- Click “My Calaxy”

3- Depending on the type of file you are trying to remove, click "View my..."

     If you are trying to hide a video, click “View my videos.”
     If you are trying to hide a podcast, click “View my podcasts.”
     If you are trying to hide an image, click “View my images.”
     If you are trying to hide a document, click “View my documents.”

4- Click on your file’s title

5- Under Privacy, select “myself only.”

This will hide your file. From now on, only you will be able to access it.

Under Terms of Service, make sure you check the box next to “I agree to comply with the K12HSN Terms of Service (TOS).”

7- Hit "Submit"
