2010 California Thinkfinity Trainer of the Year

We are proud to announce the 2010 California Thinkfinity Trainer of the Year.

 

With 183 educators trained in 2010 and a survey score of 4.6 out of 5.0, Donna Lione is our Trainer of the Year. Donna is a 6th grade math and science teacher for the Temecula Unified School District in Riverside County.

 

Congratulations Donna!

Donna was very pleased to start the year with a brand new 16 GB iPad!

 

"My role as a Verizon Thinkfinity Trainer has allowed me to be instrumental in the training of 21st Century student learners impacting classroom education in a fresh, innovative approach that motivates teachers and students alike."

Donna Lione received her B.A in Political Science from Southeast Missouri State, a Multi-Subject Teaching Credential w/ Math Endorsement from California State University San Marcos, and is currently completing her Masters of Administration w/ Administrative Credential. Prior to her current teaching assignment in 6th grade math and science, she taught grades 3, 4, and 5. Donna is a highly regarded district trainer, providing professional staff development for teachers in math, science, and gifted education for the Temecula Unified School District. In addition, Donna is the K-12 Science District Liaison and the Algebraic Math Grant District Liaison responsible for the coordination and training of teachers in math and science between the Temecula & Lake Elsinore Unified Districts. She lives in Southern California where she enjoys spending time with her husband and three beautiful daughters.

We hope to provide additional prizes to our best Trainers throughout 2011.

 

The California Thinkfinity Trainer with the highest number of participants trained between January 1st and March 30, 2011 will win a free 8 GB iPod Nano.
