Registering a Polycom VSX / V500 to a gatekeeper
From the intial screen go to the system button in the bottom left corner
>Select Admin Settings (If the unit has been configured with an admin password you will need that to continue)
>Select Network
>Select IP
>Select H.323 Settings

On the first screen you will need to enter the following information:
H.323 Name: This should be a unique alphanumeric name given to this unit, eg. My district unit 1, My District Conf Room 1
H.323 Extension (E.164): This is the CalREN video number and must be unique. Please refer to the K12HSN Dial Plan document for more information.
>Press the next button in the bottom right hand corner

The next screen is titled Gatekeeper, you will need to enter the following information:
Use Gatekeeper: This is a drop-down list, choose "Specify"
H.323 Name: should be populated with information from previous screen
H.323 Extension (E.164): should be populated with information from previous screen
Gatekeeper IP Address: Enter the IP address of the gatekeeper you will be registering to.
