edZone Assets: Importing your Items
Friday, September 5th, 2008
edZone assets allows you to import some of your items' data.
Go to the Items page
Click 'Import Asset Items'

To import some of your asset items into edZone Assets, create a comma-separated values (CSV) file with the following columns in this specific order:

Asset Item Name, Asset Item Description, Asset Item Number, Serial Number, Purchase Order Number, Price

Note: Only these fields can be imported into edZone Assets. The additional fields will have to be entered manually into the system.

Once you have the CSV file ready, paste the content of your CSV file into the textbox and press Continue.

Tuesday, September 16th, 2008 @ 9:45 AMHi,
This comment is off-topic, but... It would be a great extra feature if we could upload our own images for our profiles. The blank-faced guy-with-a-tie is not really a compelling avatar for me as a woman. I know you have lots on your plate getting ready to roll out all the new promised goodies, but when there is time, a change of avatar would be nice.
Thanks,
Alix
