For us to move forward as an organization and fulfill the instructional committments we made in the spring, the effective delivery of feedback is essential.  In other words, I, and other administrators, need to be able to point out areas of growth and strength in such a way that members of the organization can become better at what they do.  This is part of my job, so whether or not I do it is non-negotiable.  Having said this, there are "best practices" - the most effective strategies that can be employed so I'm doing it in a way that strenthens us.  This blog is designed to collect organizational perspective from everyone who wants to participate.  If you were the scribe for your table on Monday, please post the thoughts expressed during the meeting.  Remember, my intention is to create a coaching model that drives us to be better, even if that means going from good to great.
