Requestor Ticket History

Tickets used to disappear from the Requestor interface as soon as tickets were completed. Requestors did not have access to their old requests. Now, requestors can review all their tickets, pending as well as completed ones.
The "List" page has been added to the Requestor interface and allows them to access and review their ticket history.

On this page, tickets can easily be filtered by status. Requestors can view a list of all their tickets, those that are still pending as well as those that have been completed.

When the status drop down list is set to All, colored items represent "completed" tickets.
