Ticket Follow-Up

This new Follow-Up feature allows requestors to follow up on a pending ticket. They may want to add more details to their tickets or inquire about the status of a ticket.

To follow up on a ticket, simply click on the ticket and type your questions, comments or additional information about your problem in the Follow-Up box displayed below your ticket description.

Follow-Up Submission

The Follow-Up History is then listed on your ticket:
