Staff Interface:
To remove a ticket open the appropriate ticket. On the right side of the page will be a "Cancel" link. Once the link is clicked you will be asked to confirm the cancellation. After the confirmation, the ticket will be removed from MyTechDesk.
Requestors also have the ability to cancel tickets. To do so, click on the ticket you would like to delete. On the right side of the page will be a link to "Cancel this ticket."
