Group managers now have the ability to display some or all of the custom fields on the requestor's new ticket submission page.
To display a custom field on the requestor's new ticket submission form, simply add a checkmark in the box next to "Show on requestor's new ticket submission form" under Options, Manage Group Account and Custom Fields.
Once the checkbox is marked, this custom field will display in the requestor's new ticket screen allowing him/her to fill out this information when sending the ticket.
