The Network Diagnostic Service aims at improving the efficiency of school networks in order that they may take full advantage of the benefits of their connection to the Network.
How it works…
Step 1: K12HSN staff meet via videoconference, web conference, or telephone with you and your staff to discuss your environment and how the service can best assist you.
Step 2: K12HSN sends a preconfigured diagnostic appliance to you for placement on your network during the process. The appliance uses industry best practices and master configuration files to analyze and diagnose your network for efficiencies and potential problems.
Step 3: K12HSN produces a general report and consults with you to identify priorities to be addressed. Next steps are jointly determined to ensure the analysis and diagnostic information is put to best use. |
