Step 2: K12HSN sends a preconfigured diagnostic appliance to you for placement on your network during the process. The appliance uses industry best practices and master configuration files to analyze and diagnose your network for efficiencies and potential problems.
Step 3: K12HSN produces a general report and consults with you to identify priorities to be addressed. Next steps are jointly determined to ensure the analysis and diagnostic information is put to best use.
