Access for Achievement
One of the goals of the California K-12 High Speed Network is to provide statewide coordination of network uses, videoconferencing and related distance learning capabilities to benefit teaching and learning.

K12HSN strives to increase awareness of appropriate high-quality educational resources and applications that teachers, students and administrators can access on the network. 

While the development of applications and resources is outside the scope of this project, K12HSN works to enhance access to the high-quality educational resources available through other education technology programs, the 58 county offices of education, and other entities.

K12HSN...
 Expands K-12 access to rich content resources to improve teaching and learning
 Enables those resources to be reliably available
 Promotes K-20 collaboration
