Post Application Filing Window Reminders


The filing window for the 2017–18 E-rate funding year closed on May 11, 2017. Local Education Agencies (LEAs) that submitted an FCC Form 471 may continue to review these forms and submit corrections, if needed, until the Funding Commitment Decision Letter is issued.

Program Integrity Assurance Review


The SLD has begun review of FCC Form 471 submittals for the 2017–18 E-rate funding year. This process is known as the Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) review. If, during the PIA review process, the reviewer has questions about the application, an e-mail will be sent to the contact person with a link to the questions in the E-rate Productivity Center (EPC).


It is important to note that a 15-day deadline is associated with each round of questions. In order to ensure that you receive all communication in a timely manner, we advise applicants to verify that the correct person is identified as the contact person in the EPC.
