E-rate Training Resources
The K12HSN E-rate support team is excited to launch a new e-rate training resource! The purpose of this guide is to provide a single resource to access the best and most current information available to help you manage your E-rate processes effectively. The Roadmap will guide you through the various steps of the E-rate funding process and provide links to additional training resources such as webinars, guides, and videos published by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), California Department of Education (CDE) and K12 HSN.

CENIC Letter of Agency (LOA)
The Letter of Agency gives K12HSN and CENIC the ability to seek E-rate discounts on the statewide circuits. The E-rate discounts that CENIC applies for are different than any circuits or other telecommunications services that LEA's contract for separately and, therefore, no overlap or conflict is created between the CENIC E-rate application and the applications of individual LEA's. Visit our LOA page for more info. https://www.k12hsn.org/resources/erate/loa.
