Superintendent Nanik is an accomplished educational leader with over two decades of experience in the California public school system, currently serving as the District Superintendent for the Bret Harte Union High School District. Known for his dynamic leadership, he excels in managing districts, executing capital improvement projects, and integrating innovative technological solutions.

Superintendent Nanik provides strategic and fiscal leadership, managing multi-million dollar budgets and overseeing the fiscal health of districts (including his tenure as Calaveras County Superintendent of Schools). He is a leader in curriculum and instruction innovation, having spearheaded the integration of technology and STEM programs. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in crisis management, notably orchestrating county-wide testing and vaccination during the COVID-19 pandemic, and is active in community engagement.
